More than a whiskey festival
Peaks & Pours was born from a simple idea: bring the Colorado Springs community together over great spirits, great food, and great people — and make it mean something. Every pour, every ticket, every sponsorship goes directly to supporting Colorado's veterans through the Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center.
Now in its third year, Peaks & Pours has grown into one of the most anticipated events on the Colorado Springs calendar. What started as a local gathering has become a showcase for distilleries from across the country, right here in the shadow of Pikes Peak.

Who We Are
Peaks & Pours is organized by a dedicated team of volunteers and community partners. The event returns to the Meanwhile Block in 2026. Every dollar goes directly to the programs and services of Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center in El Paso County.
Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center
Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center provides transitional services, mental health support, employment assistance, housing navigation, and community programs for veterans and their families across El Paso County.
Josh Dinkins and Peaks & Pours are proud to support our contact Bob McLaughlin of Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center to fill critical gaps in veteran support, providing wraparound services in a welcoming, non-bureaucratic environment.
Over $16,000 raised for veteran services in El Paso County across three years. Even in a challenging economic year, the event continues to grow thanks to loyal sponsors and attendees.
